Diagnosing MPNs

Diagnosing MPNs is often challenging due to the similarities in the pathogenesis and symptoms of PMF, PV, and ET. The 2008 WHO diagnostic criteria for MPNs were established to facilitate differential diagnosis in clinical practice.1
